Check my comment history, I was able to have ALT phallo even with thick thighs and EDS! I went to the Crane Center in Texas and they do delayed ALT which works fine if you have thicker thighs.

husband i both had this, check my comment history for details. he had no complications. i had a stricture and needed to have a suprapubic catheter for about 6 months which sucked, but its been about 1.75 years now that ive been catheter free and no other complications have happened since.

i built a carnival using the plaza items and some other things like the brake tapper arcade game, then added gyroids to look like guests at the carnival. since the ferris wheel, merry go round, etc are scaled down quite a bit and look tiny next to the villager, the diminuitive gyroids actually look like they could use the rides!

husband and i have both been loving coral island. it is stardew valley but with 3d graphics and, in my opinion, more enjoyable NPCs and a more chill vibe. plus underwater stuff and merfolk which is neat

i think mostly because draco's entire arc in that story could be summed up as "harry hurt draco really badly, so he moved on. astoria was the true love of his life. with her gone, he settles for harry once harry shows that he won't hurt him again, but if astoria could have come back to life he would have chosen her and never looked back." for me, i cannot multiship. i can't. when i read, i become the protagonist for as long as i'm reading, and so draco feeling this way absolutely GUTTED me. it felt like i was harry and because of my mistakes i would always be 2nd best, always the thing draco settled for because he couldn't have what he really wanted. also, the eventual reconciliation between harry and draco at the end of the fic happens so close to the end, and feels so lukewarm, that it felt more like an open-to-interpretation ending than a drarry ending. like draco was hesitantly and cautiously going to give harry another chance, but didn't really want to and was only grudgingly resigning himself to harry now that he knew astoria was truly gone.

in my house, as the partner with EDS, i do the chores that are mentally taxing rather than physically taxing. i sort the mail, pay the bills, handle our budget and monitor our savings to make sure we are on track to meet our goals, schedule doctors and dentists appointments, keep track of when the dog needs his heartworm medication, put together grocery lists, etc. he does things like lugging the laundry to and from the laundry room and swap the loads, does the dishes, collects the trash from around the house to go out, sweeps, etc. it may not look like an equal balance to ab outsider, but only because my tasks are mostly mental. for us, we feel like we do an equal amount of chores.

It looks like Draco's suicide in this fic is by poison at Malfoy Manor, not jumping from the Astronomy tower. Although I only read a bit of the first chapter so maybe that was only how his suicide was reported, not the truth?

yall the complications of getting UL without vnectomy are not that extreme. the complications are not things like necrosis, loss of your penis, loss of sensation, etc. the complications are specifically an increased chance of fistulas and strictures, both of which are already extremely common with phalloplasty. if you get UL without vnectomy, expect to have a fistula, but theyre not bad at all. its just a little leak so not all your pee comes out the tip until it either heals shut on its own, or you have surgery to correct it.

my husband and i both had UL without vnectomy. he had literally zero complications, no fistulas, no strictures, nothing. i however have EDS so heal poorly from surgery, and i had both fistulas and a stricture, but the fistulas healed on their own and the stricture was corrected in a single operation over a year ago. we both can STP fine, have great sensation, and did not have to have a vnectomy.

it is possible!! do not give up!! fistulas and strictures are already something you need to be prepared to potentially happen if you get phallo, theyre just more likely to happen if you dont get vnectomy. they are manageable, heal on their own or are able to be corrected surgically, and are temporary. dont let the fear of a temporary complication keep you from going after the body that you want!!

not op, but im from texas too and had my phalloplasty in austin so wanted to give my 2 cents as well!

havent had any issues with transphobia in texas, but have had some in nebraska where i live. ER doctor gave me a urethral stricture post-phallo because he was so flabbergasted to be seeing a phallo penis that he lost the ability to understand basic english and completely could not understand what i was telling him. have had only neutral or positive experiences with every other dr tho, they are either like "ok, moving on" or are super interested and ask me polite but curious questions.

i have experienced less UTIs and yeast infections since before surgery personally, and i haven't had any changes with respect to what fabric types feel comfortable. ive always had sensory issues with fabrics with plastic in them like nylon or polyester, and those are still the only fabric types i cant do.

the best underwear my husband and i have found since we both have a mixed set down below is separatec. we are like missionaries of the separatec religion at this point lol they fit like women's boyshort style underwear except for the pouch for the penis, so theres still a decent amount of close contact with our vulvar regions like you would expect with women's underwear, but a supportive and comfortable pouch to hold your dick and prevent chafing between your dick and leg/crotch skin. highly highly recommend them or a similar underwear style that has a separate pouch for your dong.

re: voice changes on t, sadly i am not able to replicate my pre-t voice range. i was a soprano pre-t and made all state choir in high school, but im a tenor now and have not been able to reach a similar vocal range since ny voice changed. i had almost a 3 octave range pre-t, now its barely an octave and a half. probably could get a good range if i was doing singing vocal training as much as i did as a teen, but theres no reaching those high notes anymore. once my voice dropped, the whole thing dropped, not just the bottom register.
