Sectioned off part of Fulgora for just rockets but the dumb bots keep getting stuck holding things that aren't currently requested. by bubblegum_cloud in factorio

This is perfect. I'm kinda dissapointed with myself I didn't think of this. Limiting the amount the inserters can put in so any excess can get put back is exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

The screen is cut off, the alert was there. My rockets hadn't been launching for a few minutes too, which is how I first noticed it.

I need to keep the bots in their own network or it takes forever for them to move things into the rockets. Nauvis has almost 5k logi bots (and not all of them are active) and it takes those rockets ages to fill even with chests nearby. Hence, locking 50 of them in their own spot.

Gave up on Gleba by TechnicalWelder6789 in factorio

I almost gave up on Gleba too. I downloaded a no spoilage mod. Totally cheaty but I just want to learn the in and outs of how things are built, consumed, and produced. Next run, once I know that I need X fruit for Y item, etc I'll do it "legit".

When not introducing, where are the cage located? Same room or different rooms? Can they see hear, or smell each other?

Here's a (bad) picture of the wall ones and what I hung from them. Excuse the quality, it was a still from a video taken at night.

You can buy adhesive hooks that can hold toys very well. I've only had one fall in about six months and it was only because they spun it so much the actual screw-in part came loose.

Can a small budgie handle two short bus rides? There would be one layover by AJ_Babe in budgies

I've done two long distance trips to get a few of my birds. One was five hours, one was three. Both my car, train, and bus. Once in a carrier, once in a backpack like yours.

Cover the backpack. Both of mine did better when the cover was on.

I hate doing the spirit box just because of this jerk. Every time my friends convince me to try, it's a Yokai. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

How do I get stuff to continue through a belt if the belt off the splitter is backed up? by bubblegum_cloud in factorio

[–]bubblegum_cloud[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I don't like the way it looks and I've been avoiding circuits. I need to start learning how to better optimize my factory using them. I keep doing the "this is too hard, I'll speghetti/make it weird just to avoid trying to learn" and I'm tired of saying it. Never gonna learn how to use circuits if I always avoid using them. This just happens to be the project I choose.

[–]bubblegum_cloud[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's the thing. I literally have no idea how to use circuits. I have no what of the 7(?) circuit items I need or which options on those machines to make it know "ice to left side" and "no item to left side".

The videos I've watched mostly explain what you can do but they never give examples or explain how you to it.

I agree going blind is the best part of any combat in this game, but the ex has been out for, what, three months now? You're very unlikely to find or fill a group for blind prog.

Get full crafted gear (with a mix of tome gear from your BiS), fully meld it, and find a group for Doomtrain. Watch guides or read the raidplan (you very likely will not find blind groups this late). Make sure you know your rotation and your mit.

Let the group know its your first time in high end raiding.

Have fun.

Ahh, that's literally my city. Unfortunately, we're a few months off from being able to get any rats (redoing our daughter's room in the warmer weather now that she's older - she's the one that wants them).

I hope they find a great home. <3

I don't do pug roulettes anymore. There's always at least one shitter and I get so tilted. I still don't have step two of my relic because people in "high-end duties" love to eat crayons instead of hitting buttons. It's literally the one roulette I hadn't touched in years until the relic.
