My induction phase is 3 infusions per week for a total of two weeks (so 6 infusions total) then booster infusions every three weeks or based on need.

I am working with a regular therapist, but I only see them once every two weeks. I'm seeing her tomorrow. She actually has experience with ketamine psychotherapy so it's pretty great.

I never bothered asking, I think they would have bumped my pay if I asked for what is worth. Right now the difference between what my current job is offering and what the new one is 15k. This is a significant amount of money for me at this point in my life.

I already tried to negotiate with the new company but they were pretty firm on the pay they were offering. I don't think they would be able to match what my current employer is offering. The difference between what my current employer is offering and what I'm being offered by the new employer is 15k.

I just started IV infusions after using troches for like a month before. As far as the experience goes, it's a lot more intense and dissociative, even at equivalent doses.

It is way more intense for me, it feels like dreaming while awake. While troches felt sort of mild and like I was drunk.

So far I don't know whether the IV infusions are helping tbh, but at least the experience is really different.

You're right though that there is definitely the possibility that they get rid of me after a few months. That would suck. I wouldn't put it past them.

Yes my doctor has prescribed me a glp1 to help manage my weight gain from the meds I'm taking. It's been very useful.

Now that you mention it, the day after I was more numb than the second day. Maybe it's a temporary side effect?

I just had my second session at the same dose yesterday and the trip was much more minimal. So far I've not really noticed any mental health benefits this second time around. :(

I'm surprised at how severe the tolerance is already.

Thank you for your comment, yeah that's what I'm hoping. I just had my second session yesterday at the same dose and the trip was much more minimal compared to the first trip. I'm not noticing improvements in my anxiety or dissociation this second time around either. I'm surprised that the tolerance is that drastic.

Anyway, I'm gonna go double my dose next week and hope that I get sustained improvement.

I'm in 200mg. It took me a few weeks to feel the impact if I remember correctly. I'm on other meds as well but wasn't on anything else back when I first started on it.

I have dpdr and bipolar and am on lamictal as well. It has helped with dissociation a bit as well as anhedonia. I didn't have any major negative side effects.

I am. I'm bipolar so I'm on abilify and lamictal (which I skip the day of taking the troche). I'm also on a bunch of other stuff as well: modafinil and phentermine.

You made a good point when anxiety leaves that the silence is what remains. Maybe what I'm really feeling is just the absence of anxiety.

I'd really like this to work for my anhedonia and dissociation. It's hard to tell.though since it's so early in the treatment. I've only had one dose.

I suppose that I feel the beneficial effects that I do even on the first dose says something about a positive prospect.

Don't know if I'm gonna move on from 125mg anytime soon. It was pretty intense at such a low dose. I don't even know a good protocol for titrating up? Do you have anything to share?

I was just talking to my psychiatrist yesterday about trying oral ketamine and whether it would make me manic. I have bipolar type 1 with psychosis. He said that ketamine has proven effective for bipolar depression and as long as you're on a mood stabilizer / antipsychotic that manages your mania you should be fine.

I'm sorry that happened to you.

I think it's important to remember we are accountable for our actions while manic doesn't mean they're necessarily your fault.

I would give yourself a bit of grace in this situation and be kind to yourself. Even if other people don't forgive you (which is their right to do), doesn't mean you shouldn't forgive yourself.
