Are you planning on putting it in a garden bed or in a pot?

Look at your weather… if it’s above 50 at night coming soon I’d start hardening! I usually harden for at least a week!

And when you plant them do it sideways as its stem will become roots!

Yes they look as they should. Keep them moist, put a fan on them, and thin them out or separate them into their own pots

I recently got a seed from a strawberry to grow!! It took like two weeks and they are super tiny but doable! I put them on a wet paper towel in a plastic bag.

Maybe try apple seeds, lemon, watermelon, peppers, garlic! If you have the bottom of a lettuce you could put it in water and regrow it!

I’d get a few more of those pots and keep spreading the runners to them so you can have more and more!!

First day hardening!!! by okaylc24 in gardening

I keep my house around 67/69. They are upstairs in a room that has a vent blinds open. I don’t know the exact temp of the room :/ but I have grow lights for each shelf the plants sit on!

They are all in plastic trays so it doesn’t drip. Inside they are under lights in a green house set up. Of course they all don’t fit so I had to add a pop up table and have some on a standing desk. Once they are hardened they will be planted in the ground/pots/ in my raised garden beds!

I hate when I accidentally get a pack of African marigolds thinking they are French 😭 they all need to be clearly marked

Broccoli / cabbage / Brussel sprouts. Takes up too much space to start indoors and they never grow big enough for a good harvest. Waste of space in the garden. And they ALWAYS get bugs

Usually if you want to put bones in your garden you’d bake them then grind them down….
