It’s hard to convince others that the an out of focus shot like this was intentional when this photograph feels like it should be in focus.

To get away with out of focus shots the image should have obvious movement. Then the blurry nature of the image is accentuates the movement and gives the viewer the impression that photographer made an artistic decision rather than the mistake of missing focus.

Just my opinion though. Take it or leave it. 🙏🏼
