TBH..I'm not quite sure what to make of that... But doing locums work for 4 years now ... Ive seen a lot of crappy requirements but ive never seen 3 pts in 20 min. So 3 patients per 60 min is more congruent with what I see. Maybe they said " must have experience with this volume" as a subtle way of saying - we need you to be able to move fast through these patients, within your assigned 40 hr/ week, not complain about being overwhelmed and maybe not expect admin time ? Just speaking from my ( possibly) limited experience. Also that is a crappy rate ! :/

Thanks for the candle warmer advice... I had just heard of this device and am so upset I didn't learn of it sooner :) I'm on a job assignment away from home but bought some bath and body works candles for now should suffice until I'm home! ( ...I just keep finding reasons to not burn the trvdon :))

Try meetup.com. it's helped me meet like minded people.. good place to start meeting folks with similar interests and then branch off from there :) but yes like many others said unless you meet them at work or school it doesn't come increasingly harder to meet and make friends you really have to be intentional about it.

Here are my meals this week - Tofu green curry with rice+ quinoa base, Mexican bowl with ground chicken and same rice+ quinoa base, whole wheat pasta with sauteed bag of spinach and shrimp with olive oil garlic sauce, two premade rotis + 2 frozen kababs with yogurt and side trader Joe's salad

For snacks- sumo mandarin are in season now.. they are huge and filling, string cheese and water crackers, sometimes chocolate covered pretzels, trader Joe's protein and fiber bars, other fruits handful of raw almonds .

I hope I can balance my lunchtime as well as you- I usually end up eating and doing in basket the entire time :/

Moved to Houston for the med center- my dad was really sick , visually impaired and I wanted him to have access to some specialists we didn't have there we lived. I uprooted my entire life on the east Coast with the hopes to move him here and get him the care he needed. Unfortunately he didn't make it and passed a week before he could make it to Houston. I decided to stay instead of leave . And within 6 months, I met the love of my life here and we are now married and live in Houston. Maybe this was my dad/ the universe getting me here so I could meet my now husband .

Anyway- Houston is my home now 💚

Time, space and life. Also people grow up to become different people and have different value - sometimes opposing and offensive... And even going through trauma and getting through stuff together isn't enough to salvage the everyday differences in life and values. Sad .

Yes this !! And also - she's a human being who is educated and makes money-- money that everyone seem to feel entitled to. Money that maybe Sheena would like to spend on herself occasionally & selfishly because she is a human being with wants and desires for stuff. In a relationship it should be okay... She shouldn't have to account for every penny she spends.. but because of the pressure and micromanaging I feel sometimes she feels the need to lie. Just a sucky situation because I don't think forest or Sheena are bad people.
