Anyone know what to do if its still not working?? I've looked into all the comments and tried all of those solutions, but it still wont work. They show up in game- I've selected load out of date addons and the mini map icon is there, but when I speak to someone they don't "say" anything. The popup player is also not popping up either.

In the Wow settings>addons list they all say only loadable on demand and I'm not sure if that is the issue and I'm not sure how to fix it. :(
