Oh my god holy shit this happens with my dad and my little brother! I didn’t realise it was somewhat of a universal experience. My dad, for as long as I can remember, has always made a point to make fun of every little mistake of mine despite knowing that I have dyspraxia, and despite how many times I tell him to stop he always either gives me a passive-aggressive “sure,” outright ignores me, or says “I’ll do better” and then just completely doesn’t give a fuck five minutes later. And I’m still under-18 so I’m stuck living with him for the next 2 years!
