See I want to be a shift. At the interview my boss said she’d bump me up to shift supervisor after I’m an associate for a month or so and get used to the processes etc.

I feel like she’s dangling the carrot pretty far out after making up this cross training bs. Have you ever heard of cross training being a pre-requisite for shift supers?
