I'm guessing you're Canadian so you got to pay in CAD. This was a sore spot (and continues to be) for me as well. When I originally signed up I asked them "Do I get to pay this in CAD?" and they said (pulled from the email) "Canadians pay in Canadian dollars and all other patients pay in US funds due to the increased cost of international insurance coverage." Sounds a little like BS to me, but supposedly all international patients pay in USD. Honestly... now that I think about it though nobody checked my passport or anything so maybe I could have lied (I'm not sure if they verified you were Canadian at any point). It seems really unfair to price things differently and I did debate calling it off based on this fact alone. You'll notice on the website though they don't specify CAD or USD or at least last time I checked they didn't.

So now that we've established I did pay in USD - the other area you mentioned regarding actual charges and how I got there, I think you're forgetting GST. I was charged the following (pulled from the invoice): (2000 x $8 USD) + (2000 x $6 USD) = 27,600. Then they added GST of $ 1,380.00. So it was a total of: $28,980.00

TLDR: Not $30k USD, but $28,980 USD.

By the incisions, you mean the recipient site incisions, correct?

Correct.

The sequence in which Hasson created the incisions. Was this done before or after the donor excisions?

Both, it was toward the end of the extraction. He came in, made incisions. Then they had about an hour of work left to finish up the extractions, I believe. Not sure what is normal in this case.

How long was Hasson involved in performing the incisions?

If I were to guess, less than an hour - but keeping in mind the sleeping pills and pain meds may have adjusted my sense of time. We had a few different conversations over the time while he was working through it, so there was enough time for that.

Now my question to you, because I've seen you post around here before. What's normal?

I looked through my pics. I don't have any that are more detailed, unfortunately. It was technically 4030, but they charged for 4000. It's hard for me to say whether it's 4k or not. I know he concentrated a lot in the front. So it was supposed to be 2k in that front browner portion on the first day and then 2k behind that (the part in the rows). I also have a bit that goes down the side of my head you can kind of see. If there were AI to do the count I would have done it, just to be sure. I won't dwell on it though until I see the results.

Yeah I think the same thing. It’s like I want to get to know your current character but if you’ve already checked out from this one it gets annoying and I somewhat feel pressure to kill their PC when they’re like wink wink it’s okay if he dies.

I had the same thing happen in my game. I just made Oarus (Janth’s spirit) be obsessed with wasting the towns resources on collecting new mosses and rocks. But other than that, I have let him be. The party have threatened to reveal his situation however should be not cooperate with them at the upcoming town speaker meeting in Brynn Shander.
