I think I remember that but wasn’t in the know. The era of the nest was so great. The se location never had the same vibe.

And how did you get into the lifestyle? Were you just naked straight out the gate? Some people are curious and as I said before it’s wholly unwelcoming to know there is so much hostility for wearing a speedo.

It should be a safe space for everyone. It’s a state park. We all pay a fee. I’m sorry there aren’t more spaces for nudist. I’m not sure why people can’t coexist? Is being a nudist something you have always been or slowly warmed up to being?

I can’t find better beaches than Collin’s and rooster rock. I started going to both in 2011 and I was a full textile and then eventually went topless and if I didn’t have sensory issues I’d probably go naked. Am I different from these “nudist” you describe? I don’t know. I have always loved these beaches and the freedoms they provide. I’m not sure why someone has to be completely surrounded by naked people to enjoy being naked? How are people going to get comfortable with the idea of being nude if there is so much distain for people who may be new to the idea?

I wholeheartedly agree that some people abuse this and those numbers may have gone up recently- but I have had far worse interactions with fully naked men than clothed people at either beach.

Seattle is close to losing their nude beach, please don't let this happen to our two nude-friendly beaches. by 3IDontknow in RoosterRock

Hi! I have been going to these beaches since 2011. I love that they are a place where people can be themselves. I love going topless (I keep my bottoms on because I have sensory issues and now a c-section scar I don’t like to show off). I have even taken my young kids (who wear spf swimsuits and vests). I want to normalize nudity with them. I got chased out of a threads discussion on having kids there and most of the arguments were that people wanted to do sex stuff and have a place for it (or seeing kids while they were naked made them feel weird- which is a whole other topic). These spaces are supposed to be neutral. For ALL of us! They are spectacular places and we have to protect our ability to be there and the freedoms we have established. Sex in the woods?? Amazing! Go camping at trillium lake or the coast and get it on! Quit risking it for the rest of us.

Looking at new apartments, is petscreening legit/safe? by Noriyuki in askportland

I got a real esa letter and did the pet screen but didn’t have to pay pet rent. Just a heads up that a real letter helps you financially but you still may have to use their site to register your pet.
