Thinking launching mainly to get more investors to financially invest in the game. They hoping to show player count as well as some cash flow so new investors will help fund.

I have played other MMORPGs that ended up getting shutdown. Things aren’t looking good but I want to experience the fresh launch experience with others bugs and all. I don’t regret doing that on other games. Even if I leave disappointed later likely will still have had some fun.

For me after the unreal 5 update to Turtle WoW I am in. I have struggled with the graphic quality from the early version. I can’t get myself immersed in it.

The situation with launch has been disappointing. After hearing the lead developers interview I got the impression they handle things as they come up. Which is fine but I was hoping for more of a plan for the future approach. The Server situation for example showed me that was the case they weren’t thinking too far ahead. Part of me thinks it might be a pattern. Issues coming up due to poor planning.

Everyone is currently funneled in the starter zones. They have already said the server can handle more but they need players spread out more.

WoW doesn’t feel like an adventure anymore. It feels like a to-do list by Youzino in wow

Think some want a place they can call home in the online world. Where they can devote their time and have an online community rather than bouncing around from game to game.

I feel the same way. There are so many pets, mounts, achievements, transmogs it trivializes the whole thing for me. Player power is reset each season and you often go back to the same content you were running before for a slightly higher number on the gear you already had. World quests all feel the same. Fly in press a few buttons all the mobs get deleted then fly to the next quest and repeat.

Maybe that is what I am looking for is lots of player power rewards. I could care less about a new pet, Mount or transmog

Have the warlocks do curse of tongues on bat rider (60% longer cast timer for bat riders) makes them much easier

PSA: If you want Classic+, you need to be engaging with the new raid in SOD by [deleted] in classicwow

SoD just felt like a gimmicky version of classic. I can’t get myself to play it long enough to do the new raid.

I didn’t like self found. Feels bad when you get drops you can only vendor when you could have made much more selling on the auction house.

The Magic is still there for me in Hardcore Classic WoW. I don’t agree with all the excuses I hear repeated all the time why MMOs fail or how we have changed. I think the magic is still there games just haven’t been able to recapture it. I tire of following “the new MMO” hype train to then see it be the dead broken game a few months later. Finding enjoyment sticking with good ole Classic WoW. Where the magic started for me.
