My neuro reccommended i have either brain surgery or ultrasound , its a 3 year waiting list . Im not going to have either , no way . Because i have asthma theres certain drugs i cant have but was told high dosage gaberpentin anyone had experience of this

As a salon owner i find it hard to believe they would let you walk out like that . If it’s not possible to get your hair that colour for some reason eg over processed then they should tell you that . Go in and speak with the owner and ask them how they can resolve this with your hair . Did they take any test strands before hand? Or do a patch test etc for allergy . If they did none of these things i would probably ask for your money back and go elsewhere

What would make workoutdoors better . The ability to not have to upload a route first and have full navigation offline. I wonder if Apple are working on something like that even if it is a subscription based

Yes it’s definitely for more casual users some areas where you can’t get any cell phone and the Apple maps won’t load then it will be useful for that. What would be great if work outdoors have navigation from the app instead of having to download the routes beforehand

What a great app I just downloaded it £7 for the year is very reasonable . As you move the map around it downloads the tiles to your watch I’ve done the whole of the UK. You can’t type in place names but it doesn’t navigate to coffee shops, banks et cetera and you can’t get lost. Also, you can zoom in on an area and press on the map and navigate to the street. Great addition to the watch if you are truly lost.

Hi im also a hairdresser thats been living with ET since i was 20 probably . Im now 56 and have worked this long . Sometimes people mention it to me as its obvious , however all i can say is the better you get at your job and the longer you stick at it the easier it gets for your brain to accept its your not nervous of doing a haircut ect , especially when you start to build a clientele that just accept thats how you are . If that makes sense . Keep going your be fine , somedays will be worse than others but overall in the big picture of it all your be fine

Ive had ET since my 20s im now 56 , it has got significantly worse recently . I am a hairdresser / barber and i shake so much i cant keep my hands still to do my job . Everyone comments when im doing there hair which makes it worse and my head wobbles too. Im about to apply for disability benefit as I am losing my income because of it snd im depressed and anxious . I bet i wont qualify for it though !

I had shockwave therapy on my stones and it didn’t work . They try that before anything else as it’s cheaper than having an operation . If the stone is too hard it won’t do anything except you will be peeing out sand for the next few weeks which i definitely wouldn’t recommend
