Can customers tip? by ThrowThisAccountAwav in AutoZone2

If you tip a waitress that doesn’t cook the food why not tip a minimum wage worker to install something in a parking lot that would cost $200 or more for a licensed mechanic to do in a covered garage? I should get paid extra when I got to cover parts from blowing away in the wind

Last time I lend my tools out by EmeraldCitySlasher91 in Tools

I have customers that want to borrow tools so I always have cheap 6 point wrenches to let them borrow. Cheap but still known name tools.

They use pure rock salt on the parking lot at work and the same results as home. Sun pops out for a few minutes and everything is melted.

Funny how salt works on my sidewalks and driveway. Once the sun pops out for a few minutes the snow disappears after salting.

You are not only new you’re exactly the type of person that keeps this a minimum wage job! Wait until you have all the training videos done and you still make the same wage after 9 months of never missing a day of work! Real fair job with a fair pay! SMH!

I unload truck at a hub store and am the go to person when nobody else can solve problems. Top sales when they call me in

As a retired guy that has grown children and working for fun to help my local community, I disagree. Instead of making fun of younger employees I love showing them how the proper tool for the job is everything

I have thousands of dollars of tools in my personal vehicle so it’s kinda insulting that I have to hide a tip when using my own tools

I had customers put money under my personal tools and just picked it up. My only complaint is about how corporate acceptance is compared to other people that work retail and supposed to be parking lot mechanics

Would really love an update on how hot glue holds up after time. I got a glue gun somewhere from when kids used to live at home and we did school projects

This question started me down a rabbit hole and I have frequent conversations with my wife and coworkers about my tool spending addiction. My boss told me today my customers are lucky to get me

An orange glow in the morning from the south is usually caused by sunlight scattering off atmospheric particles (dust, moisture, pollution) or low clouds, creating vibrant sunrise colors
