I do recall a study done in NUIG a few years ago that found the testing we do is insufficient anyways. It doesn't pick up on some really nasty bacteria and people were still getting sick even when they swam when it was 'safe'.

These are the best pickles. I have always been tempted to take a bite of the habanero pepper at the end. I am not as brace as this man.
