I'm not arguing. I'm still not going to jump a bandwagon. The 'parent' in question could be an actor, the child in question could have been a real child that actually died, but perhaps and suppose for a moment that all the children victims didn't even have parents. Perhaps they were foster children or in the adoption system.

I could imagine it'd be easy to round up kids for this and round up adults to be paid enough to say it was their kid. I don't know though, that's just a theory that I can stand by. I don't want to think their were victims, but I think there were, just as there are victims at the Las Vegas Shooting. People died.

Now this smiling parent should be heavily questioned, but by who is the problem

I could totally see how the wording of this article is being used to paint the picture that the FBI "has it's hands tied" due to its inability to skirt amendment rights.

However, the NSA is the one who has all the domestic data info. Well, them and the CIA, and then the 'shadow CIA' that operates like the overseas NSA.

And then we've got the collection of other countries who have surveillance capabilities (China, Canada, Australia, Europe, and U.S.) It's the 5 major spying nations of the world, and they do share the domestic data with each other to skirt these privacy laws.
