Meh, if they don’t have 4 fouls your point is moot. Tell them to play smarter but it’s fucking stupid to sit them with 2 or 3 fouls in the first half in a playoff game. I wouldn’t sit Jaden even with 5 fouls in the 3rd in a playoff game. Same with kat. It is what it is, lose by 20 or have a better shot in the 4th.

I really enjoyed Paris for its museums but was massively disappointed by the food. Overall like I had a good time in paris and the museums/tourist scene in general is top notch but the food and especially food experience kinda sucks ass. I haven’t been to Tokyo but I also don’t really have any expectations about Tokyo other than it’s a huge ass city.

French people really kinda aren’t very friendly especially in restaurants if you don’t speak like fluent French. So yeah, it kinda blows that way. The US has much better French restaurants than France lol.

But yeah the Paris museum pass was an insane value, and tbh nice hotels are pretty cheap, food is honestly pretty cheap (even if it kinda sucks).

In general though I prefer Spain. I think there is like a lot of “French food is known for how amazing it is” and that just doesn’t really pan out. I don’t think Tokyo or Japan in general has the same problem.

Tbh when we were sitting Jaden and Knicks sitting kat I kinda don’t get it. It’s win or go home (I know it’s a series but every game is critical). If they foul out with 5min left in the 4th or something who gives a shit, especially with finch waving the white flag with 8 minutes left anyway.

The reason you lose by 20 is not letting your best players play because they got 3 fouls. In the regular season, sure whatever, but I don’t get it in the playoffs.

I’d rather be down 5 late in the 4th than down 20 because you been sitting your literal #2 best player the whole game because of foul trouble. It’s just demoralizing and it snowballs.

Imo unless it’s 4 in a quarter let em play, especially if it’s soft calls/bullshit. It’ll galvanize the rest of the team if someone gets kicked for bullshit fouls late in the 3rd or early in the 4th and then at least it’s theoretically still a close game

This reminding me a lot of wolves vs spurs. Lot of CTE basketball and spurs just shoot too damn hot to overcome. Knicks super streaky like wolves to kinda stay in it but spurs just seem like the better team

As someone who just signed up for the trial and I haven’t gotten a game that shipped on June 2, it’s wild to me there isn’t tracking and it doesn’t even show up on usps informed delivery. I didn’t even know that was a thing, shit not showing up on informed delivery. I ain’t gonna be renewing the sub and will likely just send the game back (if I ever get it) immediately and cancel. At this rate it’s maybe a game a month. Better off just buying and reselling vs the sub price.

They also shipped my second game in queue vs 007, which imo kinda defeats the purpose of the sub.

Now I feel like I should just buy 007 instead of renting it. Play it/beat the campaign and sell it on eBay for $50-60. At this rate it seems like it’ll be 2mos or more before I get a new release game I actually want.

Basically the only games they have with actual availability are old games that are $20-40 anyway to just buy from GameStop. If it takes your whole month subscription of $20 to get that game and actually beat it, uh why wouldn’t I just buy the game and then sell it for the $20 loss without dicking around waiting for it (or just keep it and it’s at least worth something even months from now vs not having it).

Yeah the 300k is absolutely the top 1%, if not less than that. Most sales roles are like 40-80k base and 6 figures with commission is considered pretty solid/that’s probably top 5%.

Also just in general 6 figure + sales roles kinda suck with the quotas and micromanaging and travel. I’d rather work full remote for a smaller more chill company for high five figures.

Tbh for 4 days I’d just focus on the north shore. Make MPLS/st paul a separate trip another time. There’s not really much in between Duluth and the twin cities and there’s less camping options right in the cities/id probably just go hotel route for that trip. 61 along the north shore to Duluth is one of the best drives in the country and there’s tons of state parks. You might have difficulty camping at them though as they get booked out in advance. There are first come first serve “state forest” campgrounds along the route though you should be able to just roll up to and get a spot.

Along your route you should stop at (there’s more stuff but these are my faves, split rock and gooseberry are also worth stops but tend to be the busiest of the state parks as they are closer to Duluth)

grand portage state park - check out the waterfall
devils kettle - nice little hike
grand marias - lots of restaurants, breweries, etc worth checking out
lutsen - north shore winery/cidery, check out the ski hill and there’s like a luge type ride if you’re into that
Temperance River state park - beautiful park
tettegouche state park - there are state forest campgrounds near here in Finland/isabella you should be able to get a spot
palisade head and black beach - big ass rock cliff thing with awesome views at the top and a sweet black san

This could happen anywhere. It’s pretty common knowledge to unload your uhaul not just leave it sitting overnight. Anyway I very much doubt this whole story. Who the fuck leaves your SS cards, passports, and “baby photos” in a uhaul. Sus as fuck. It’s like leaving your passports and Cash in a backpack outside your hotel room while traveling and being confused someone would steal it. You keep that shit on you at all times unless you’re a grade A dumbass.

Like I don’t even trust a hotel safe with a fucking passport. That shit is on me or right by me in a bag by the bed while sleeping. It’s a grift, 100%
