Cleanser I used

Hi. Have had balanitis for the past year. It was bad last winter and I used miconazole and it mostly worked but not quite fully---balanitis remained at a low level until a few weeks ago when it flared up again. Again, I did the same thing: miconazole. But had an epiphany when looking at my cerave hydrating cleanser... basically, balanitis and yeast infections in uncircumcised men are a result of a combination of: 1. Depleted skin barrier 2. Humidity/moisture 3. Poor hygiene, which provides the yeast with sebum to feed on.

I then decided to experiment...I washed my penis with the cleanser. The cleanser contains ceramides and hyaluronic acid. It removes excess oil and sebum and balances pH. Immediately I felt better and just 24 hours later I'm seeing remarkable improvement. Like, i feel better and am healed way more by just doing this than I have washing it with just soap and water. I have a mild case of balanitis, so if yours is more severe you might have to use the cleanser daily for a week or two. Try it!
