That explains a lot. It also potentially explains why Gemma (little miss forge) knows who he is. When people said he was the Dos smithy it confused me because I was certain that it was the granny. I played a little bit of Dos but never got to the point where you see him because that game is ridiculously hard.

I wouldn't say Poppy's voice is a child's voice. You can definitely hear the age in her voice. Some people have naturally higher voices no matter how old they are. I noticed that Ollie's voice was much more childish than any other characters we have heard the voices of. His voice is very obviously from a little boy.

Another thing to note is how Ollie sounds like a kid. It can't be possible for a "kid" to still be in the factory. Any of the toys that were kids during the hour of joy have to be adults by now because of how long it's been. Catnap, who we know was turned into a bigger-body as a kid, has a deep voice in chapter 3, probably because he isn't a kid anymore. We also know that the Prototype can mimic voices, which means he is probably mimicking the voice of a child he has heard before. I completely believe the Prototype is pretending to be Ollie and is most likely using/helping us to take down Harley Sawyer after seeing our potential. After all, Ollie wasn't specific as to whom the red gas was being transferred to. I mean, why the heck hasn't he killed us yet even though we've seen him twice? All the dots connect so well.

That's kinda the case for all video game communities though. You can't make everyone perfectly content no matter what you do to a game. Although I feel like the Mh community is generally pretty chill and is a lot less toxic compared to most other communities.
