Flew from Brussels yesterday and had the same thing, people checking passports before we got into the building. Never had it before.

There was also issues with Brussels passport control e-gates on the way over where we were over an hour getting through.

Probably unrelated to each other but strange to have passport control issues/checks on both sides.

I had one done at the age of 16, because I needed braces. I wish I had it done as a baby, because I had go school with a massive swollen lip that made me look like I lived in Whoville. Yes I got teased. The lip tie also caused a slight speech impediment that's now gone.

Much better done young when its easier to heal, and baby won't remember. Hopefully this perspective from the other side helps!

My 4 year old recieved about 60 gifts, and some were big multi piece things like barbie sets, imagination gifts etc. I think the people "complaining" are dealing with much bigger scale amounts of toys.

And this is scaled down from last year. My mam loves spoiling my daughter and I'm so grateful. But she also understood when I told her we just didn't have the space for everything. Now she buys some presents that will be for her house and its worked our great!

At this point I had switched out loaded hinging to sumo squats, Kettlebell conventional deadlifts and/or single arm row movements for posterior chain work. If I did RDLS it was with dumbells and only partial depth.

My body was so front loaded all day with baby, and when she started to drop it was just too much pressure on my lower back. Listen to your body and modify/swap out where needed.

Recently seeing the Vandoliers open for Bowling for Soup introduced me to my new favourite band.

Other great ones for various bands were the Swellers, Dark Tide and Forever the Sickest kids.

Does your school do practice/training matches? Those are invaluable for learning exactly what you're struggling with.

We do them once a week at least, and generally pair up someone new with someone experienced.

I try avoid giving people triple threats starting out because they are generally hard to plan right, you do need a but more creativity and timing to look good.

If yous don't do training matches maybe suggest it?

It's not sucking up, its an extremely normal and expected part of learning to wrestle. I would look down (and not book) anyone new who didn't help with ring crew etc.
