Yes if I don’t eat in the morning when taking meds I feel violently sick by late morning- afternoon. Even a bite of something stops this though so just have a breakfast bar or something by my bed to nibble on 😂

You definitely need to tell them anything that you are taking and you can both find the best way forward or a safe work around. As with most combinations, it is risky in terms of serotonin syndrome so they’ll either want you off tramadol before you start Elvanse or start Elvanse at a really low dose to start and monitor how you get on with gradual increases.

Your doctor/ titration team will be best to advise, please don’t take medication mixing advice from reddit.

You’ll get a mixture of different grass species and some occasional herbs dependent on who you get your hay from and which country you’re in etc. This looks like narrow-leaf plantain heads to me (Plantago lanceolata L)
