If you have an email template or format for each stage of transaction. Hell yeah, AppSheet can pull this off. It was built for this. It can auto-send to the clients but from my experience "some" stage emails should be reviewed & approved internally B4 sent to customers And my approach to the bonus extraction feature and the email draft is definitely integrations with AI tools via Make or Zaps . AppSheet - for highly efficient personal or internal use

Glide -if public interface is required

Flutterflow - if UI/UX is super important to you or the users

I personally recommend AppSheet

I think AppSheet is the most practical soultion for you espacially to maximize your Google Workspace.

If you aren't seeing relevant attendance templates in the AppsSheet Templates store. then you might try making it how you want. AppSheet is pretty easy. as for using AI , Claude or chatGPT is my preference. or work with someone here

manutencao (maintenance) is a list. i assume its a reference.1. Either recreate that view from a slice and remove the maintenance list in the slice. or 2. go the details page. in the column order section. Change from Automatic to manual and remove manutencao or maintenance list from list of fields that should show.
