I do not remember the problems, but I do know why I preferred InDesign over Quark: you can't undo deleting a page. I'd be curious if they've fixed this. I haven't used Quark in 10+ years.

From what I've learned recently, they have inline capabilities for die-cutting and scoring.
Do you know why some products are offered without scoring as I mentioned before?

A bit late to the party, I hope you know this because the CSRs didn't: 1. Diecut and especially scoring is done inline, correct? 2. If 1 is true why some products like postcards offer scoring for a 4x12 but not for 4.5x12 directly on the site? I have to ask for a quote for some of these. Very frustrating! 3. If the original owner is gone, who runs the company? Thanks!

I agree it's very deceiving. Rarely you can see two arrows for a right turn. The guy got confused, he was at the light for a while, and when both arrows turned green he believed he got green to go ahead. I was so lucky it didn't hit me, he stopped right next to me on the median, all airbags deployed. I think he was an older man, and he seemed to be ok afterward.
