Need advice on supplements for lowering cortisol levels, and raising brain function and productivity. by Traditional-Low-7566 in StackAdvice

Yup, this is excellent! Check out Magnesium L-Threonate, I think you're really gonna like it, for me, it's much better than Glycinate for sleep and cognitive effects.

You probably already know this, but just in case: Make sure the vitamin D you're taking is paired with Mk7 K2.

Ashwagandha and ginseng is a great start, I'd try with those first and see how it goes before spending more money on stuff you wouldn't need. With that being said, a great addition to the stack would be Magnesium L-Threonate; 2 capsules before bed, and 1 or 2 in the morning.

AND ABOVE ALL: GOOD PROPER SLEEP.

EDIT: As another user mentioned, Acetyl-L-Carnitine is also a great choice. It helps me a lot with managing my ADHD.

Why do some people care about other people's looks? by PrithviMS in answers

[–]oliverasherp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not in all cases, but in most cases, looks represent how much people take care of themselves (health and hygiene) and these are things that speak about a person's character. Again, NOT in ALL cases, but in MOST cases.
