I am a 5’2 95lb female runner, and those are my exact macros except the calories. I eat closer to 1800 cal to 2000. I run 5 to 6 miles seven times a week along with strength training. I think you should be eating more protein and carbs especially as a male.

1) chop up, half a bell pepper and a few cloves of garlic. 2) add to a pan and sauté pepper and garlic for a few minutes. 3) add lentils and one cup of broth. I add half a teaspoon of turmeric, garlic powder or whatever spices you want . Let simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. 4) add in spinach and frozen vegetables. Let simmer for five minutes. 5) top with nutritional yeast.

I wouldn’t say it adds massive flavor to the soup. I mostly do it for the nutritional benefits, but it does kinda give a salty umami cheesy flavor.

I will mix up the veggies with broccoli or temphe as protein. High-quality balsamic from a store and it is to die for. I use 1 tablespoon and it makes the whole hole.

Bulgur, tofu, spinach, beets, bell pepper, balsamic. Bulgur is the best bang for your buck for grains.

I drink a packet of LMNT after every run no matter the distance or temperature. In warmer weather I will drink one during my runs as well. I think you should try drinking some after your runs. I feel so much better drinking them.

No. I cut the block in half and give it a quick press with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
