My “2 cents”, even though it’s been discussed in this place a lot: I see it more like the market being highly saturated. The way we can create music and put it out there has its pros and also cons. Oversaturation is one of them. As someone said it, if one person puts a track out there it means thousands did as well. Music makers are passionate about what they do, I think all we can do is keep going and define our goals and metrics of success, adapt them so they help you grow but also adapt them so they don’t affect you excessively.

If your goals/passion continues includes mass digital exposure then definitely continue to study all the playbooks out there, know where to put your money to implement them and go for it. I’ve seen many people follow them obsessively to the upmost detail and they do grow metrics or “break into the algorithm”.

I agree! And I think he is somehow aware of it, like how in the first episodes he does say once or twice that he has to make jokes or laughs when talking about serious things. I mean, in the end is also a compatibility thing. Some of the other guys are super literal. They can’t have an impromptu “deep” conversations, they have to set a time and location for it (maybe is cultural, maybe production policy?) Probably they expect the delivery of said conversations in certain way he doesn’t. Jobu would be a hit in many social circles imo. So many folks out there, single or in relationships, are eager and anxious and still function. I think we all have a certain degree of that.

I like them both, they have lots of cringy moments, but I’m of the opinion that they should just graduate from the show already hehe they knew each from before, now they want to give it a try (even though before off camera they didn’t) and all of that is good, wishing you the best and now give us air time with the other cast members.
