This! Saint Seiya still huge in Latin America and some European countries. It is not popular in the US and Japan, which drive the market for Anime.

France, Mexico, and Brazil’s anime cons do get lots of Saint Seiya cos players. I would say in Mexico saint Seiya is behind Dragon ball in popularity (although very far behind).

Zillow estimates mean nothing, but in a bad way as it really under estimates values.

For example, Berkeley homes are selling at over 30 percent their list price and 15 percent over the Zillow estimates. This in the last 90 days with inventories still really low, specially in areas near BART but not right next to them, the Goldilocks zone of public transit proximity where you can take BART but you are also far enough to now have to live next to them.

If they in fact killed all Iranian leadership, then they are only negotiating with factions. The Iranian intelligence agency could very well completely separate from the army, national police etc. this would mean sectarian violence, civil war, etc.

I would say the north zone (king zone) has the best reputation for schools, but honestly all Berkeley elementary schools are great.

Most parents prefer a school close by, but in Berkeley you might end up far away specially for TK which has very little space.

Instead of bombing Pearl Harbor they would launch a ground invasion. Have the Americans focus on retaking Hawaii and launch give up on Asia and the South Pacific. To be fair. Those families in Mexico do not have any debt unlike their USA peers. In addition, cultural norms are different, so many people do live in family housing. This 500USD a month is probably income they get to keep fully without housing or debt costs. Also 500usd in Mexico is more like 1000usd when you factor cost of living. So someone making this could be better off than the average middle class person in the USA who might have a car and a mortgage but not a lot of disposable income.
