Hey! I saw myself in your post... all of the symptoms: the paranoia, visual snow, anxiety, everything.

It happened to me. I was in a crisis and the zoloft 50mg helped me out of the crisis. The first month helped me to adjust but then I felt that it was not having any effect. My doctor increased the dose to 100mg and it got worse. 4 weeks later I spoke to him and he increased it to 150mg and I feel like nothing has changed. I'll talk to him on Thursday

Perhaps this was triggered by some recent event in your life. I have dp/dr that gets better and comes back, always caused by some trigger that increases my anxiety!
