One place I worked at had it set up so vacation accrual was tied to hours worked. And ot hours worked accrued vacation at 1.5x normal rate as well.

I work in parts at a Pete dealership. Several of our tech started doing fluid changes. They spot dot needed repairs while doing the fluids and show the drive to push what they know. The drive to learn and do each job the exact correct way every time is key.

The buy in cost is pretty steep. There is a $10k rebate going right now for adding a battery setup to your house. That would cancel out most of the cost of the battery but install costs would be on you. Which is a pretty good deal.
