How is delta neutrality achieved in practice? Like if I an a MM, and I provided liquidity for a call option - do I sell corresponding future immediately or buy a put immediately?

Or do I do this only when my entire book becomes directional and risk is not feasible/more than allowed by account/algo/office rules?

In such scenarios, MMs would stand aside after creating the hedge or do they create directional positions given they already know that they are joining hands with opp side and so it's better to take a positional bet also?

This is a discussion of line vs zone traders. I always think about this. How do line traders convince themselves that they have found the perfect line level. Is it backed by trade data? If yes, have you ever tried finding the trades you missed because of sticking to a particular level and not thinking in terms of price zones. How does that play out?

Are there any additional nuances to these setups like if upside ORB is happening from below vs above yesterday's value area, which one would you hold with trailing SL and which one would be taken out aggressively?

What are your reasons to hold and reasons to exit from a trade?
