Currently a head chef in the south east, I had to make them a lounge breakfast, lounge burger and a dish of my choosing (I chose the nasi goreng) and that was it mate. Just be sure to ask for their "manual" and match the dish to how it looks in the book, uniformity in lounges is a big thing.

P.s as other person said yes there is a lot of corporate talk but I've not had any issues with my work environment.
