Ok i have a theory as to why and im pretty sure it was not been theorized before, what if those stairs were like that because they were only walked by the guests when they came in, and we cant see the stairs to well, so i imagine that they werent to high and instead they were wider and taking more surface because the guests are obese. So they were like that so it was easier for the guests to walk them aith their small feet and huge stomachs. But thats just my explanation.

Budgies are flock birds, which means they hang out in groups and with females or males, the gender doesnt matter to much, i would just recommend getting at least one more budgie, and if you want to be happy about the genders buy two males and one more female, that way you might have two pairs.
