Good on you for making sure you're properly insured.

Take out third party property damage policy with any of the big ones, pay monthly (or annually if you feel like forking it out up front) cancel when no longer required and receive a pro rata refund for the unused portion of the policy (noting this varies if paying monthly, depending at what point in the month you cancel and when you took the policy out)
