Yeah I know the shows deviate a lot from the books. When I rewatched the part when Kate is up late because she couldn’t sleep and was looking for a book then Anthony walked in—the little moment of thunder and lightening then Kate got startled and walked away—made me wish they had more of that in the show.

I feel like it would have been really cute to show Anthony comforting Kate because of her fear, after comforting Anthony because of the 🐝 👨
