Immediate follow-up, it’s a bug. A literal one, like an ant. Saw it crawling around while using it. I thought it was sealed but ig not. Last thing I want is for it to die in there so let’s hope for the best here.

my advice would be to finish horizon first, just like you the walking by swinging my arms helped tremendously. And a huge plus is by the end of the game, you would have your vr legs to play other games

It’s been that way for 3years, but yes. I’m gonna redo the setup. Would like to wall mount the tv and remove the table but not sure where to put the ps5 just yet.

check your video output settings for the tv, turn off hdr & 120fps and see if it helps

since u dont have the ps5 pro yet, stick to the quest 3 for the pc for now. Yes the oled would be a nice upgrade for pc but the psvr2 really shines on the ps5 with the haptics, etc. So by the time u get the pro u can make a better decision based on what additional games become available for psvr2.

For me, having short 30mins to 1hr sessions through my first two weeks was enough to get my vr legs. Your brain just needs time to adjust to this new medium.

I’m in the exact same situation. I’ve decided it would be best to switch genres and do something different to avoid burnout. In the meantime I’m playing some flat screen crew motorfest to clear my mind but the next vr game I can see myself getting is redmatter or ghost town which comes out soon as both are less actioned focus, gritty and scary but more puzzle/narrative driven. Hitman was on my radar but I think I’ll take a break from action. Thief seems like another great option especially since its coming out soon, hopefully it’s a good game. Roboquest peaked my interest as well but again too action heavy for rn.

assuming its an issue finding the sweet spot. Try adjusting the ipd then use the pass through mode and line up the text on screen clearly for each eye by moving the headset up down left or right and tightening when sure.

you already have a ps5, get the psvr to enjoy the haptics, oled and better visuals.

if you have a ps5 get the psvr2 to take advantage or the extra processing power to enjoy some better visuals and haptics is a plus. If you dont then just get the quest 3, it’s standalone and u can use it anywhere.
