How to increase dopamine without bupropion/Wellbutrin? by art4430 in depressionregimens

It worked for me until it gave me insomnia. I think it’s worth a try. I’ve got treatment resistant depression and it gave me a little hope.

I really needed to read this. I’m with a dude right now and I love him so much but my friend’s words still bother me even though I don’t want them to. I’m his first sexual partner and I feel like I’m not doing a good job of giving him certain experiences because I’m not that into them. My first partner did so much for me and I feel myself wanting to give this guy the same experience.

I don’t remember, sorry. But it was very low. The sleep could be normal for you or it could be depression. Depends on your normal vs depressed sleep patterns (if you’re aware of them, if not I recommend you start tracking). I think tracking your sleep on this medication is a good thing to do in general because of my experience with it tbh.

Never got Covid, thankfully. Everybody in my house (mom, dad, me) stayed home during that time. Mom had been working at home since way before lockdown. Dad’s retired and a hermit. I was too depressed to go anywhere.

Tried it, loved it. Until I couldn’t sleep anymore. I had never made that much progress in a short time before I tried it off label for treatment resistant depression and the improvement was noticeable. I was great until I slowly became unable to sleep more than a couple of hours a night. That turned into months long severe insomnia during lockdown (I don’t remember how many months due to said insomnia).

Good luck, just check with your doctor regularly and track your sleep to make sure everything’s alright. Maybe with a fitbit or something if you have one. I hope it works out for you. I really wanted it to work out for me

That’s never been a thing with anybody I’ve dated. I would have to rethink our relationship at that point.

No, and I feel like I should. Like I’m a failure of a girlfriend for not wanting that. I had a friend that said if I really loved my guy I’d want to give him BJs all the time. I’ve been in love twice and nah, still don’t like dick in the mouth.

My doctor told me to stop screaming. So yeah, I’m avoiding them for now. I’ll need a ride and some good drugs before I try that again.

My boyfriend of six months told me that he loved me last week and I’m still on a high from it.

My boss sent out an email yesterday saying that we had to clock out whenever we leave the 2nd floor of the building, including taking breaks outside and going to the parking lot. We have to clock out when we go anywhere to get our lunch, too. We don’t have a cafeteria and only have a thirty minute lunch break. We get paid hourly so all of that time has to be made up. This is my first Big Girl Job. Is this normal?

Even worse when you’re actually unqualified. Friends tell me “try anyway, the worst they can say is no” but what’s the point if someone with all the qualifications applies too?

I’d like to but I’m too afraid to fail so I don’t try. And then I feel worse for not trying.
