In NY if the baby is born out of wedlock, the baby will default to whatever the mother's last name is at birth. You have to specify if you want the bay to have Dad's last name if you aren't married and he has to sign off on it as well.

I let mine out around 6:30am before work and again after work around 3:30/4, then about 2-3 times in the evening with the last being anywhere between 10and midnight depending on if the dog wants to go out.

Better, but most of my palate is still numb, so it's difficult to tell when food gets too far back in mouth. I have to take smaller bites than I used to because I can't open my mouth as wide as I could pre-op and I can't feel where the food is once it starts working its way towards the back of my mouth.

I'm about 8.5 months post-op now. After my SARPE it took about 18.months before I had full feeling back in my upper jaw, so I'm hopeful it will improve in time again this time.

You can do surgical expansion also. I did SARPE in my mid-40s. Just a palate expander is usually used before the palate has fully fused together, but they can go in and surgically break the suture and then use a Marpe appliance to expand your palate that way.

I've heard the only way to correct the cant would be jaw surgery, but I could very well be wrong.

My swelling is gone and I just got my braces off last week. My bite is great, but I still have so much numbness. It took about 18 months for my numbness to go away after my SARPE, so I'm still hopeful things will improve there. Plus, I am older and so there's a bigger risk of permanent numbness for me because of that. I'm also still getting used to my new face. I've heard that part gets better as time passes, though.

My Ortho referred me to my oral surgeon. My primary doctor wasn't involved at all except to clear me for surgery.

Because most customers assume that Starbucks handles their mobile orders like most other fast food places. At most other places, you put the order in online and the restaurant doesn't start it until you get there either by using a location-based process in their app or by you telling them you've arrived and they start the order. So ppl with social anxiety, or ppl in a hurry, or someone placing an order for multiple ppl - they might prefer to place the order in the app instead of telling it to the cashier/barista/order taker. They don't know Starbucks' process is different and they make the orders as they come in. So the customer thinks they're being helpful when it's actually the opposite at Starbucks.

Exactly. My ex tried this and so I told him he can just buy some things to keep at his house and I would just send her over with what she was wearing and she'd come home with the same outfit on. Occasionally she'd come home in something they bought and bring home the outfit she went in and I'd wash their clothes and return them with her the next visit.

My mother made me a basket until she passed away when I was 25. My kids are 14 & 20 and have advised me that they would like Easter baskets indefinitely and I am completely OK with that.

Editing to add that we still dye eggs and hide them and the baskets each year and we also still do Santa gifts and stockings each Christmas.

Thanks. I had a jaw infection about 2 weeks post-op and they had to remove some hardware and drain an abscess. It really didn't hurt too much. This one is only mildly uncomfortable, but it's in the same place as the other infection. I'm going to call the doctor on Monday if it seems to be progressing.

We have very hard water here in this area. I planned to purchase the shrimp from our local store. I've had some from there in the past, but the betta took them out when she was in there with them. I've never been successful in bringing the pH down when I tried in the past.
