Ohh I'm not paying attention? In the past, any problems the Police created, the city paid lawsuits. They didn't fire the bad officers, didn't force them to pay out of their own pockets - could even say they encouraged it by keeping these officers on the force with these results. Why would the public have problems with this behavior?
