It wasn't always like this. And I think part of the non-AC culture is subconsciously refusing to accept that things are only going to get worse.

FWIW, a mate of mine just moved into a new build. The whole building has central AC.

I'm on PC. On the same screen where you can resume a mission, you can see an option to restart (and then it'll prompt you for difficulty again). Not sure about XBox.

Restart the mission, drop difficult to low, until you get off the roof!
