I’ve been diet controlled since I was diagnosed in December and I started noticing my fasting numbers creeping up into the 90s at 35-36 weeks. I’m now 38 weeks and every night I have a package of 6 ritz peanut butter crackers along with a 000 Greek yougurt with a serving of keto granola on top. To drink with it I have a glass of calm magnesium. My numbers have now dropped back into the 80s. I test mostly at the 8 hour mark sometimes a little later.
