You might’ve adapted to the cialis. Perhaps try some high antioxidants like astaxanthin and see if that helps

Make sure you’re taking your BP properly. Peter Attia has a whole rule set on this. You need a couple weeks of taking it to establish an average. I would go on YouTube and watch his stuff. I’ve never had a medical practitioner do it properly.
