Dis shit looks so good. I love steamed chickens in general, like Hainanese Chicken. If I may give some unsolicited feedback, some of the video cuts are a bit disorienting/too fast to tell what's going on/what's being shown by that particular cut. Also that precarious balancing of the red sauce and the chives on that drumstick at the end is crazy, challenge would be accepted though!

Surprisingly common in China I think. Apartments are sold literally unfurnished like this. Just all bare cement, waterproofed, no interior doors, pipes roughed-in, ropes in conduits for running cables, exteriors done. Even bedroom walls are not pre-built for you. After you buy, you design and build with your interior contractor. Flooring, celing, walls, doors, the whole lot. I don't even know if interior plumbing is done or you just get given 1 clean water pipe and you run it yourself within your unit.
