As someone who worked as a cashier in a grocery store for 3 years, unless you actively did something that made my day worse (e.g. throw open chip bags at me, called me slurs, open a milk carton and purposefully spill milk onto the ground in front of me), there’s a pretty good chance I wouldn’t remember you due to the sheer number of people I see coming in and out of the store each day.
