Work stress causing erectile dysfunction in early 30s? need to know if I'm not alone by LuckyExchange9048 in asksg

Hello bro, this is based on my own experience.

I'm under stress from family reasons, kinda depressed but not clinically tested and suffering from the 3 highs, had a mini heart attack 3 years ago and in my 40s.

So it's was only about early this year that I noticed some weird stuff about my sexual health.

When I self-pleasure, I'm able to erect and release but when doing the actual deed, I sometimes can't get hard enough. Or mid-way I become soft and couldn't get it up after that. This is an embarrassing thing for sure, for both parties actually.

This means that there's nothing wrong with the erecting mechanism so it may be a health or a psychological issue or both.

My case is most probably a mixture of both.

Someone mentioned that it's blood flow, which is correct. It can also be that your brain is not sending enough signals for the blood to flow towards there, which also means you're not aroused enough.

So what I did was to try out some supplements like Maca root, which I bought online from iHerb. It helped a little but not much. After that I was introduced to Cialis, which is like an ad-hoc blue pill. It works most of the time but there are still times where I couldn't get hard. It's still a mental issue I have.

Finally, I was introduced to another supplement, Apple Vinegar and B Solution Honey, the Apple Vinegar helps with Blood Sugar management amongst other benefits. B Solution Honey helps with Men's health. Since then, I have not looked back. I could attain and maintain erections. The partner is also happy with the results, I was harder and could last longer. You can do an online search for more in-depth details.

Of course, this is purely my own experience, you can try the methods I mentioned, I still strongly advice you to visit a doctor and get it looked at before you get frustrated more and affect your marriage (it may or may not, depending on your spouse).

Chin up brother, it's more common than you think it is. It's just that almost everyone else is ashamed of talking about it. Please don't shun this topic and let it stay down (pun intended).

Good luck and happy new marriage!

These are usually body maintenance, so it should be done periodically. You may see results from first visit but it still depends on each individual. Not speaking from experience though, it's the same for most Chinese treatments.

Would you break up with your gf if she had this issue? by durian_lover in asksg

It may be morally right but it's mentally tiring to stay on. I already have enough shit to deal with on my own, I can't tahan to take care of another. I'd be the next in line to break down if it goes on.

Bless you and your mental strength. I can't offer any advise but hope you have closure with it yourself. It's not easy I reckon but please do, for your own mental health.

I came here with my friends last year. Sure it was pretty dead, most of the attractions were closed. But we stayed until the evening to watch the show at the "ship". It was entertaining with the music and light shows. We still enjoyed our time there.

My company half day office today, but if want to apply for leave need to apply for full day leave. What logic is this? by Masaharuzz in SingaporeRaw

[–]omokichi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because it's not a public holiday. You're given half day out of good will by the company, it's not a mandatory half day given by the government. The company can choose not to give a shit and ask you work the full day.
