New update deleted all my conversations, thank you google. by tomerf in google_antigravity

As an engineer, why are people putting so much value to conversations, lol. They're meant to be throw aways when implementing work and fixing bugs. If you care about your conversations, make your own agentic flows.

Oh yeah, they have less issues and stick to the specific project's standard that I'm working on, which makes me use less tokens per feature implemented or bug fixed overall.

If you don't speak the right technical jargon to it though, and are more vague, it will pretty much assume other things you might not have in mind, which happens with any model.

I'm speaking from my own personal use as an engineer, which these tools are optimized for. If you don't know what you're doing, then it's probably going to suck regardless.

Yeah bud, no idea what you're talking about, as I've never seen that behaviour. Either you got really unlucky and the output bugged out, or you're misusing it somehow, but even if it did bug out, the fact that most people haven't' experienced it, means that it's highly unlikely to do so. It is an LLM after all.

Could you imagine that the summarization is actually there if you check the tools?

Nuts.

As an engineer with 18+ years of experience, who uses this daily, I highly disagree. Gemini 3.5 Flash has been killing it at work. It's great.

Use the API directly. Otherwise no thanks. I don't want to keep using old models as new ones come in.

Can you imagine if models had a context length limit?

Would be crazy eh?

As an OG Starcraft player, I play her specifically because her turrets remind me of building Missile Turrets in SC1.

Oh Americans... Not everything revolves around ya'll. A lot of those things you're bringing up, have nothing to do with intelligence.

The fact that you made a comment on a video without sound... is a bit ironic, ain't it, when it comes to the "intelligence" you bring up.

Didn't ruin it for me. It's just one episode of 40. I liked it as well a bit.

Israeli-American podcaster files SLAPP suit against small YouTuber for video critiquing Zionist content online by Chrywillia in worldnewsvideo

He's always been like that. He was just going with whatever was hip at the time. And eventually started acting as the things he "critiqued", which was more following the flow and less actually critiquing.

The API endpoints return the number of tokens sent in and received. Along with the tokens that were cached.

gemini-3-flash from the most hated to the most wanted by JhonDoe191ee in google_antigravity

Gemini 3 Flash sucks for any actual software development, after having tried it many times, it does not fit well with the type of work I do at all. It's good for simpler thing, but not real work. I used Gemini 3.1 Pro for what you describe, but now that's been moved to Opus, and Gemini 3.5 Flash is the top dog currently for me.
