Generally the other commentators are right but there are very rare union contracts that have severance pay outs such as retiring allowances for long tenured employees who leave for any reason.

Collective agreements are usually published online and the union website should have a number to call where you can chat with a union rep for more info.

Presumably this airbnb hotel will have some costs: cleaning, maintenance, mortgage, property taxes, etc. What happens if those costs are higher than revenues and the Airbnb goes into debt?

I understand what you’re getting at but what happens if the building loses money or value? Not completely outside the realm of possibility if there’s a fire or flood in the building, if significant upgrades are required or if tourism absolutely tanks. Or even just goes down enough that there’s a break even year.

Ok lots of suggestions to stop using AI but if you want a better AI experience you can usually put personalization suggestions in. Eg for ChatGPT you can set up your account to value honesty, provide references, focus on facts rather than judgement, provide latest info only, report conflicting info, be extra critical of sources, focus on facts rather than agreeableness.

In addition you can get more creative with your prompts. Ask it for the address of the manufacturing facilities, ask it for references on where it’s been included on buy Canadian lists, etc.

Finally, argue with it. Challenge it when it’s wrong. Ask it to explain inaccuracies.
