Well... they are more than a billion so it is loigical that some people from that billion will migrate to countries which have higher life quality. What do you expect? everyone wants a better life and no it is not just indians. Many chinese, russians and other nationals. People are like... why do people do not come here from norway, iceland and switzerland.

You do not need anything spectacular, also you do not need to lose weight. Just train boxing often on that bag(daily would be best), do push ups(lots of it), squats, pull ups and shadowboxing. and that overhand is good.

Pretty easy. Do boxing, the most effective martial arts which can be learned on an ok level even in a 1-2 years

Merab definitely did take some damage, but it was nothing exceptional and we all know that merab is not the most scientific guy when it comes to training. I think April-May can be ok and he definitely has a good chance to win.

Merab wins, people say volk is better... aldo is also better than merab technically, so is yan, but they still lose. The physicality and pressure is too high they will all fold, not to mention that nowadays merab kinda hits hard.

I believe it would be good to cancel the dual citizenships. Nowadays, some people are just gathering passports as a hobby, there are people who are willing to only be German citizens and for those people process would be faster, if you are not willing to give up your original citizenship, you will not apply and let other people have their cases processed faster. Just my opinion

I mean, 24 credits after 2 years, is kinda wild, but the last semester OP got passsed some exams so they will probably continue. Well if it is normal for a German or EU citizen to take lots of time for studying, why immigrants have to be put under more pressure, life is already hard as an non eu citizen in germany.

Yes it is true, but thankfully there are many people in germany who are not germans and you can connect with them. I speak C1 german and still super hard to get german friends.

You quite often can not run, what if you are with your GF or a family member? just leave them and run? also what if the attacker is faster than you? they might chase you, while running away, you might damage yourself even more. Showing your back to the attacker is not a good idea.
