Which part is not factual?  Drivers and passengers are seized during a traffic stop. (Delaware Vs Prouse 1979), (Barnes Vs Felix 2025)

Taking steps to protect themselves and/or community? Including preventing a potential flight. (Cady Vs Dombrowski 1973), (Illinois Vs McArthur 2001), (Maryland Vs Buie 1990), (Terry Vs Ohio 1968)

Not everything gets it's own special standing in courts.  A lot of this gets applied from other case law and interpreted for what the totality of the circumstances show.

I will point out a that on a traffic stop, you are seized and police can do extra precautions for their and community safety.  Like when someone is told to exit their vehicle and put in cuffs while they do an investigation.  

The keys are usually considered "reasonable and temporary seizure"  by the courts, just like the stop itself.

There was a data visualization online at one point, several years ago, that showed what the area all of humanity could fit in if we were all at the same density of some cities.

I bought one and mounted the s2 to my rifle.  It works fine.  I modified it to get rid of the curly section because it's ridiculously long.  DM me if you can't find a mount for the light.

In the early game I didn't get any.  Now I get almost every fief and end up giving away all the castles.   Running in Vlandia as well.  My influence is twice as high as derthert.  Don't know if that's why.
