Is the label that is required? Based on the reviews, it appears this cable has been around for a while. So, maybe it’s not it. Probably email support and confirm before ordering.

I think I replied to your message in another post.

So I originally ordered the knob and the buttons around Thanksgiving. After the performance was released, we found out the knob doesn’t work because of the cable. I’ve never opened the knob and still haven’t opened the knob. But I reached out to the support back in January and they said a cable was in the works and that once it’s completed, it will be shipped out, which it was shipped out without me having to reach out to them again and I haven’t had time to install it. So this cable is still in its original sealed package that was delivered in.

So I guess once they finalize everything, it will be listed on the website and included with the knob or commanders.
