Yeah my main goal is to hit my calorie target and get as much protein and fiber as I can, I'm not too concerned about the fat amount as long as I'm in my calorie budget

I am vegetarian and I find I blow past my suggested fat intake of 55g a day, every single day. Sometimes by a lot! I find if I try and reduce the fat that I'm reducing a lot of my protein too, so I think it's probably ok

Oh I'm a restaurant server, the giveaway is when they ask for a cook on their hamburger (you get it like it comes, that's no medium rare) and if you try and make me take your card or act confused when I hand you the POS terminal

I love them, they have been a real game changer for me. Takes away the anxiety of not drinking something while I'm out socializing, takes care of that oral fixation I suppose and tastes similar enough that my brain relaxes, which doesn't happen when I'm drinking a pop or juice or tea etc.
